Release agent for oriented strand board and hardboard.

Features

Concentrated modified water soluble fatty acid product.
Can be diluted with water at different concentrations depending on the amount of MDI and Phenolic resins being used.
Product is sprayed on to the substrate being treated. These substrates could be the strand board face, paper overlays, and/or press plates. The application would depend on the process.
Allows for complete board release without discoloring.
Good paintability
Low alkalinity for safe application
Mixes well with water
Works on both MDI and Phenolic resins.
