Release agent for the oriented strand board and particle board industry where high concentrations of MDI resins are used.

Features

Highly concentrated modified water soluble fatty acid product.
Can be diluted with water at different concentrations depending on the amount of MDI resins being used.
Product is sprayed on to the substrate being treated. These substrates could be the wood board face, screens, and/or press plates. The application would depend on the process.
Allows for complete board release without discoloring.
Good paintability. Low alkalinity for safe application. Mixes well with water. Works well when MDI resins are used.
